Where can I get a t-shirt and car sticker of the 3-headed American Eagle? I've read the 5000 year leap and I LOVED learning about the 3-headed American Eagle. Ashame I don't recall learning about this in school. I want to sport a shirt! Please let me know if there is a place where I could purchase it.

It is remarkable that I only saw this excerpt from Poland's former president on one news channel. It is honest, constructive criticism that should be taken very seriously by the US government. Thanks for posting this on the website.

Oh it's even worse. Congress removed the debt ceiling for Fannie and Freddie. Essentially they were given a blank check (and we're paying for it)

"The U.S. Treasury said it would provide capital as needed to Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac over the next three years, effectively opening its checkbook to the government-controlled companies in a bid to reassure investors in their debt"

Many don't realize just how important George Washington was a a founder. Some even try to degrade him and say he wasn't a Christian. His own words prove he most definitely was.

”Let me live according to those holy rules which Thou hast this day prescribed in Thy Holy Word…direct me to the true object, Jesus Christ, the way, the truth, and the life. Bless, O Lord, all the people of this land.”

Cited in W. Herbert Burk, ed., “Washington’s Papers”, pp.87-95

as well as.....

“ O Most Glorious God, in Jesus Christ, my merciful and loving Father; I acknowledge and confess my guilt in the weak and imperfect performance of the duties of this day. I have called on Thee for pardon and forgiveness of my sins, but so coldly and carelessly that my prayers are become my sin, and they stand in need of pardon.”

“ I have sinned against heaven and before Thee in thought, word, and deed. I have contemned Thy majesty and holy laws. I have likewise sinned by omitting what I ought to have done and committing what I ought not. I have rebelled against the light, despising Thy mercies and judgment, and broken my vows and promise. I have neglected the better things. My iniquities are multiplied and my sins are very great. I confess them, O Lord, with shame and sorrow, detestation and loathing and desire to be vile in my own eyes as I have rendered myself vile in Thine. I humbly beseech Thee to be merciful to me in the free pardon of my sins for the sake of Thy dear Son and only Savior Jesus Christ who came to call not the righteous, but sinners to repentance. Thou gavest Thy Son to die for me.”

[George Washington; from a 24 page authentic handwritten manuscript book dated April 21-23, 1752
William J. Johnson George Washington, the Christian (New York: The Abingdon Press, New York & Cincinnati, 1919), pp. 24-35.]

So let there be no doubt that George Washington was a great man who's now with the Lord

He also said that they wouldn't touch Medicare...but if they take $500m out because they think insurers are reaping profits from Medicare Advantage you can bet that the 15m seniors in these plans will see them disappear from the market -- just as Medicare Plus Choice disappeared in the 1990s when Congress reduced that funding.
Car czar, Ron Bloom [Counselor to the Secretary of the Treasury , under Senate oversight]
UPDATE, 9/07/09: Obama announced his appointment of Ron Bloom as “senior counselor for manufacturing policy,” a move that will eliminate Senate oversight. This position has been dubbed “manufacturing czar” and so this listing moves to a different alphabetical location....

Manufacturing czar, Ron Bloom, formerly a “car czar” under Senate oversight, now reporting directly to the President.
UPDATE from Labor Day.
------------------------------------------------

Green jobs czar, Van Jones [who has a communist background]
UPDATE, 9/06/09, Van Jones resigned after an exposé by Glenn Beck.
------------------------------------------------

Radio-internet fairness czar
UPDATE, 7/29/09: Mark Lloyd was appointed FCC diversity czar.

So the listing numbers all change also...

We maintain our original post "below the fold" but are keeping a constantly updated list "above the fold" instead of doing a whole new post, because so many bloggers have linked to "The Compleat List of Czars."
